Located in Aukland, New Zealand, the Ironbank office building sits in a historic area on the edge of Aukland's CBD. Its facade coloring and staggered arrangement of windows relate to various existing buildings in Victorian and Edwardian styles that are located adjacent to the modern office building. The Ironbank building received the first 5-star As-Built Greenstar rating from the New Zealand Green Building Council. Designed by RTA Studio.
