Looking like something out of a Halo video game, the Floating Observatories building features floating observation decks that move up and down each side via helium balloons and consists of a museum, information center, offices, conference center, and restaurant. The building was designed by upgrade.studio, DSBA, and Mihai Carciun and was the winner of the Taiwan Tower Conceptual International Competition.
